Richard Serbin
Richard Serbin is a global strategy advisor and entrepreneur with deep expertise at the intersection of healthcare, law, and regulatory policy. He brings more than 40 years of experience advising organizations on licensing, commercialization, and regulatory strategy across domestic and international markets.
Trained in pharmacy and law, Richard has served in senior executive and advisory roles across the healthcare industry, including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Corporate Development positions. His experience spans pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, imaging, medical devices, and healthcare communications, with multiple successful company formations and exits.
Richard has held senior regulatory leadership roles at major global organizations, including serving as Chief FDA Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development at Johnson & Johnson, where he also sat on the boards of numerous domestic and international operating companies. He is a long-standing senior advisor to the Swedish American Life Science Summit (SALSS) and has served on both private and public boards throughout his career.

Al-Afi Hassan
Dr. Al-Afi Hassan is a senior technology and cybersecurity executive with more than 30 years of experience across data and telecommunications, enterprise security, and smart infrastructure. His work focuses on large-scale systems deployment, risk mitigation, and secure infrastructure design.
He spent 17 years at Tellabs, Inc., serving in executive management roles within the Global Solutions and Services Division, where he oversaw the worldwide deployment and support of transport and switching systems. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at organizations including Raytheon Data Systems, Westinghouse, and Videojet Systems.
Dr. Hassan is a recognized expert in cybersecurity risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, and continuity planning. He has led multiple defense and telecommunications mergers and acquisitions and brings global perspective through senior-level engagement across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Sebastian Raspanti
Sebastian Raspanti is a healthcare advocate, nonprofit leader, and keynote speaker specializing in integrative and functional medicine for first responders, veterans, and underserved populations. His work bridges lived experience, patient advocacy, and healthcare systems innovation.
A retired New York City firefighter, Sebastian served as a 9/11 first responder and later faced significant health challenges related to Ground Zero exposure. That experience led him to the forefront of integrative healthcare initiatives, where he has contributed to treatment innovation, policy advocacy, and collaborative care models supporting impacted responders and their families.
Today, Sebastian speaks nationally on healthcare innovation, resilience, and systems change, translating frontline experience into actionable insight for healthcare, nonprofit, and public-sector audiences. He has been recognized by the City of New York and internationally for his leadership and advocacy.

J. Carl Haggerty
J. Carl Haggerty is a business strategist, connector, and entrepreneur known for building high-impact relationships across industries, government, media, and capital markets. He brings decades of experience founding, scaling, and advising organizations across a broad range of sectors.
Recognized internationally for his ability to convene influential stakeholders, Carl has received multiple awards for leadership, innovation, and community impact, including recognition from Vision Ireland for his support of mission-driven initiatives. His work focuses on leveraging networks to unlock opportunity, accelerate growth, and create long-term value.
As Founder of NetRep Global, Carl develops strategic partnerships in both the private and public sectors that drive collaboration, investment, and economic impact at scale. With early roots as a top-level athlete and coach of the Virgin Islands Olympic Team, his leadership is driven by vision, determination, and an ability to identify and activate potential.
Stephanie Lusher Wooten
Stephanie Lusher Wooten is a senior executive and advisor with more than two decades of experience leading revenue growth, sales transformation, and strategic expansion in financial services and healthcare. Her career has focused on building high-performing teams, launching new products, and scaling complex organizations.
Stephanie has held senior leadership roles at ADP, First Data, and Vantiv (now FIS), where she led large-scale sales organizations, alliance banking programs, and national distribution strategies. Her leadership contributed to significant market share growth, multiple acquisitions, and the successful acceleration of Vantiv’s IPO timeline.
Today, Stephanie leads a consulting practice focused on disruptive technologies in payments, healthcare, and human performance, and holds equity positions in multiple growth-stage companies. She is a frequent speaker on leadership and revenue strategy and is a co-founder of the charitable organization I Matter! You Matter!. She is affiliated with the Global Association of Financial Management and Purdue University, reflecting her ongoing engagement in executive education, professional development, and industry leadership.

Michael Haddad
Dr. Michael Haddad is a healthcare executive, real estate developer, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in medical services, healthcare operations, and infrastructure development. His work spans clinical care delivery, ambulatory platforms, and purpose-built healthcare facilities.
Dr. Haddad began his career in diagnostic imaging and later earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has held senior leadership roles in multi-specialty medical groups and founded Urgent Medical Care and MRI, an ambulatory care platform delivering urgent care and advanced diagnostic imaging services across New Jersey.
In parallel, Dr. Haddad founded Miramat, LLC, a medical real estate development firm focused on healthcare facilities, and partnered in the development of a large multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center. Building on this foundation, he has expanded into data center development, applying a disciplined, infrastructure-driven approach to high-growth asset classes.
